She has been looking super chic lately, and uhh gorgeous is a given. She is the type that looks good in anything, but she has stepped it up. I love how everything she wears is form fitting. I loooove her bright blue eyes, with her dark hair, and badass attitude.

so a few blog posts ago, i told you about my new favorite model, Doutzen Kroes. My reason for this post is that today Harper's Bazaar came in the mail and....SHE'S ON THE COVER! I knew she was going to be big!! I suggest you go buy a copy, she looks gorgeous in the shoot and the clothes are hot.

I am sooooo excited for the new shows on the CW, with shows like Gossip Girl and 90210..I will try anything they put on the screen. I can't wait for Melrose Place, and I might even check out Vampire Diaries. But, I am really exicted for The Beautiful Life, it looks like a totally new type of show. Mischa Barton is the star of the show, or at least it looks that way. Sara Paxton, and Corbin Bleu are also part of the cast. It is about a group of models living together in NYC. I can't even imagine what's going to go on with this...but I am pumped. The preview features ZAC POSEN, I'm loving it already.

Sometimes I am all for Mischa's boho-hippie style, and other times...I'm not.

first, some wonderful news....I WAS ACCEPTED TO F.I.T! I found last thursday, yay! i am really pumped to really start getting ready for my future in fashion. i live it the best i can now, but just wait until i am there. it really is where i belong, i didn't even consider applying anywhere else, and i would kind of just roll my eyes when people who didn't get me would tell me i should always have a plan B. i have to thank my amazing english teacher for everything she has done to help me, not even just with F.I.T-related things. :)

summer is quickly approaching, and my warmer weather wardrobe (alliteration not intended) is gradually growing (again). it usually is a lot of cute tank tops, shorts, and of course dresses. this year i am OBSESSED with rompers/jumpsuits/playsuits whatever you want to call them, i am soooooooooo in love! i purchased two recently, one is extremely retro-nautical looking, the other is opposite more casual-bohemian. they are a nice change from shorts, or a dress. there are tons of vintage rompers, since it is just an old style renewing itself. some are honestly, not cute, but if you look hard enough there are some gems out there. of course stores like UO, and f21 have been bringing in these fun one pieces.

there are certain days

when it hits me that i absolutely do "live in fashion" nothing is forced, it is truly my only love and has gotten me through so many things.

i want to talk about it, i want to see it, i can't get enough...ever.



people i barely know even see it, and it makes my day. i like that i am someone people turn to when they think of fashion, it is the greatest feeling.


this might make no sense.....but to me it does.

Drew Barrymore

Tonight at 8pm on HBO, Drew Barrymore's movie "Grey Gardens" is premiering. I will be dvr-ing it of course, I love Drew Barrymore and I can't wait to see her acting in a movie, that she also produced. But lately, she has been stepping up her fashion game with all the promoting she has been doing for it. Take a look..

Off the Shoulder

So, I've noticed a lot of shoulder-showing lately. There's one shoulder, off the shoulder, that combination of sleeves but the shoulders pop out. I have always been fond of that whole "my shoulder is showing" look, it is sexy, but in a not trying too hard way. Many of these tops are available in peasant style tops (which is also making a comeback). I went to Pennsylvania last weekend and picked up two tops that can be worn off the shoulder, I can't resist this trend. I hope it sticks around.

every spring/summer i get a new white dress. i guess it is my own shopping tradition. i went shopping in the city today, it was beautiful out. i got my dress from forever 21, i love it. i also bought a couple pairs of shorts, but failed to find a denim pair i really liked....any suggestions?
